The Bellingham Dulcimer Club - aka the BDC - is located in the City of Bellingham in Whatcom County in Washington State. Club members are local folks with a shared interest in the Appalachian mountain dulcimer. Club activities include meetings/song circles on the 2nd Saturday afternoon of most months and performances of dulcimer music at venues within the County.
I have a mountain dulcimer (I think) that is approx. 45 years old. I would like to have someone take a look at it and confirm what it is and its value. Thanks!
Is the group still meeting (virtually) during covid times? I'm taking a remote class through the Old Town School of Folk Music in Chicago, but wanted to see if the local group was still around. Thanks!
