Surprisingly, the summer has flown by and I did not get to publish all our jams. We have been meeting all summer both with the practice groups and with the July and August group jam. Small groups of us have also been entertaining in the community, our last was at Garden Street Methodist for part of the service. We enjoyed playing as did the congregation listening and look forward to more opportunities to introduce the mountain dulcimer into our community.
So, please consider joining us as we continue into the fall months. We are meeting at Corona Court Clubhouse (directions below) with a time change . The group will now start at 10:30 a.m. Please come and jam with us. If you have a tune to share please bring about 6 copies

June Jam

We have a lots of tunes to share and if you have a special song please bring a few copies of the music to share.We have been enjoying playing in other keys, lots of E minor tunes as well as dulcimer classics. May Update
The May jam was fun with Jerry demonstrating some of the. skills he learned at Menucha Dulcimer Festival. Gary also brought along his new auto harp and accompanied the group; a real treat, just a beautiful sounding instrument along with the expertise of the player!
Speaking of good players, a small group was called to play for the Garden St. UMC Women's Luncheon. Both musicians and listeners were very pleased. BJ, Leslie and Pat, thanks for representing our group in the community.

March 2016 Jam
We had a good turnout core group of 8 at Corona Court for our March meeting.We had fun learning "Danny Boy" with Jerry's help and a special thanks to Barry for enhancing our sound with autoharp, fiddle and penny whistle, such talent among us is treasured. In sticking with the Irish/ Sottish traditional songs we were able to play until we were finally came to the end of our session. It is truly a pleasure having such a talented group to "jam" with, Thank you All.
